HOW TO CHANGE A LOCK-CYLINDER

  1. Remove the sicker covering the service hole that’s located on the bottom of the Roadlok’s body where the brake bolt / blanking plug hole is.
  2. Unlock the old cylinder by turning the key all the way clock-wise and keep the key in the unlock position
  3. Compress the locking pin by inserting and pressing a small screwdriver or Allen key through the service hole
  4. Using the key as leverage, rotate the cylinder clockwise and pull it out
  5. Unlock the new cylinder by turning the key all the way clock-wise
  6. Compress the locking pin with your fingers
  7. Align the locking pin with the hole in the Roadlok and insert the new cylinder until you hear a “click”
  8. Confirm that the new cylinder is functioning properly
  9. Cover the service hole with a new sticker, or piece of tape (important!)
