  1. These General terms and conditions apply to all offers by ROADLOK UK and to all contracts with ROADLOK UK. ROADLOK UK is a trading name of ROADLOK UK LTD. Registered at Companies House Company Number: 12817574
  2. Besides these General Terms and Conditions, Additional Terms and Condition may apply of specifically mentioned for certain products. If there are differences between these General Terms and Conditions and the Additional Terms and Conditions, in general, the Additional Terms and Conditions will apply, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
  3. Deviation of these General Terms and Condition is only possible when this has been explicitly agreed upon in writing and in which case other terms in this agreement will still apply.
  4. If the Buyer refers to their General Terms and Conditions, these will only apply if ROADLOK UK explicitly agreed to them in writing.
  5. The internet shop of ROADLOK UK targets the United Kingdom.
  6. “Buyer” refers to every visitor of the internet shop or any person or legal entity that has,  or will have a contractual relationship with ROADLOK UK.
  7. ROADLOK UK retains the right to change or amend these terms at any time.
  8. By using the internet shop of ROADLOK UK and/or placing an order, the Buyer accepts these General Terms and Conditions as well as all other rights and duties as mentioned on the internet shop.
  9. ROADLOK UK is allowed to use third parties to execute the agreement with the Buyer.


  1. Offers or quotations must be regarded as an invitation to potential buyers to make an offer. ROADLOK UK is in no way bound by this, unless this has been recorded in writing and unambiguously. The acceptance of the invitation to make an offer by the potential Buyer counts as an offer and only leads to the conclusion of an agreement if the other provisions of this article are met.
  2. Offers are valid while stocks last.
  3. A personalized quote has a validity of two (2) weeks, unless another period is stated in the quotation.
  4. An offer by the potential Buyer as referred to in Article 2.1 shall be deemed to have been made in the following circumstances:
    • the potential Buyer has indicated exactly which product and / or service he wishes to receive;
    • an offer has been signed by the Buyer and received by ROADLOK UK in the event that a quoted offer is issued by ROADLOK UK;
    • the potential Buyer has entered the data on the appropriate Internet screen and the relevant data (“order form”) has been sent to ROADLOK UK electronically and received by ROADLOK UK.
  5. An agreement is concluded at the moment that an order confirmation is handed over to the Buyer or, in case the offer has been made via the internet site, has been sent by e-mail to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer. ROADLOK UK reserves the right to refuse an order.
  6. Buyer and ROADLOK UK expressly agree that by using electronic communication forms a valid agreement is reached as soon as the conditions in articles 2.4 and 2.5 are met. In particular, the absence of an ordinary signature does not affect the binding force of the offer and the acceptance thereof. The electronic files of ROADLOK UK apply, as far as the law allows, as a presumption of proof.
  7. Information, images, announcements verbally, by telephone on e-mail and statements etc with regard to all offers and the main characteristics of the products are as accurately as possible (again) given or done. However, ROADLOK UK does not guarantee that all offers and products are fully in accordance with the information provided etc. Deviations can in principle not be a reason for compensation and / or dissolution.


  1. All prices are expressed in GBP Sterling, in accordance with the legal requirements in this regard, and are inclusive of sales tax unless stated otherwise.
  2. Special offers are only valid for the period of validity as stated in that offer. This mention is printed in an advertisement or is mentioned on the internet site with regard to that special offer. These periods always correspond to each other.
  3. The Buyer owes the price that ROADLOK UK has communicated to it in its confirmation in accordance with article 2.5 of these conditions. Obvious (manipulation) errors in the quotation, such as obvious inaccuracies, can also be corrected by ROADLOK UK after the conclusion of the agreement.
  4. Delivery costs are not included in the price. The amount of the delivery costs is stated on the internet site. Special rates may apply for faster delivery. With regard to certain payment methods, further conditions apply with regard to the delivery method and related costs. This is clearly communicated to the Buyer. Return costs are always for the buyer.
  5. ROADLOK UK may be required to levy certain statutory contributions on some of its products, for example a disposal fee. Such contributions are not included in the price and will be explicitly stated on the internet site or otherwise made known.


  1. Orders can be paid via the internet site in the following ways:
    • Using the methods offered on our website.

    ROADLOK UK can expand payment options in the future. Other payment options will be made known via the internet site.

  2. A cash payment is made in cash or via a method of payment to be determined by the carrier. This can be done on request and involves extra costs. Orders over £1,000 are not delivered by COD.
  3. The other payment methods can only be used if the conditions of such methods, including a check on the creditworthiness and authentication of the potential Buyer, as well as authorization, are met.
  4. In the event that a payment term has been agreed by ROADLOK UK, the Buyer will be in default by the mere expiry of this period. Payment terms can only be agreed in writing under terms and conditions to be determined and agreed upon.
  5. In the event of non-payment or late payment by the Buyer, the day on which payment must have been made at the latest until the day of full payment on the outstanding interest of 1.5% per month, whereby an entered month is counted for a full month.
  6. All (extra) judicial costs of whatever nature, which ROADLOK UK as a result of non-performance by Buyer from its (payment) obligations, must also be charged to the Buyer.
  7. In the event of overdue payment, ROADLOK UK is entitled to terminate the agreement with immediate effect or to suspend (further) delivery until the moment the Buyer has fully fulfilled the payment obligations, including the payment of interest and costs owed.


  1. Orders are delivered as quickly as possible. In principle, ROADLOK UK aims to send orders placed on a working day before 4:00 pm on the same day. The delivery time mentioned is only an indication and is never a deadline. ROADLOK UK can specify further information about delivery times on the website or otherwise make it known in writing. Such information is only indicative.
  2. If a product that is temporarily out of stock is ordered by the Buyer, it will be indicated when the product is available again. Delays will be reported to the Buyer by e-mail or telephone.
  3. Deliveries take place at the address given by the Buyer during the conclusion of the agreement. When paying with a Credit Card, PayPal or other methods, ROADLOK UK must comply with the requirements set by such card issuers at the place of delivery. This will be communicated to the Buyer in good time.
  4. As soon as the products to be delivered have been delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk for these products will pass to the Buyer.
  5. For deliveries abroad, different conditions may apply.


You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of dispatch.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ROADLOK UK ) of your decision to cancel the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (eg in writing by post or e-mail). In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer). in any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, from us back. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. You must return or hand over the goods without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after receipt. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. If we do not have it back within 14 days, a proof of delivery can prove that it has been sent within 14 days of receipt. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


  • Products manufactured by the consumer according to specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person.
  • Products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal is broken after delivery.
  • The Roadlok/unit hasn’t been installed/or attempted to installed or used by the customer as this will make it no longer suitable to be retailed by ROADLOK UK Limited as the unit is now a “USED ITEM”. All the items supplied must be returned in the same condition they arrived in or your return will be refused and the postage to return the item to the customer will need to be paid by the customer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
